There are six 2021 Ford Bronco trim levels. They run the gamut from providing the off-roading essentials to a full-speed adrenaline rush on every trail. The question is: Which trim level is best for your drives through Burlington, Lumberton, and Medford, NJ?

Our team at Lucas Ford created this guide to the 2021 Ford Bronco trim levels, so you can see what each of them will bring to the trails. Let's start the countdown!

Ford Bronco Base Trim Level

The base trim level of the Ford Bronco starts things off with the power of the 2.3L EcoBoost® engine. It produces 270 horsepower. It's paired with a 7-speed manual transmission, and the standard 4x4 system has part time selectable engagement, so it will be there when you need it.

Inside, the standard SYNC® 4 system will put your favorite connective features right at your fingertips. You'll have access to Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ right on the 8-inch touchscreen display.

Ford Bronco Big Bend

The 2021 Ford Bronco Big Bend builds onto the features of the base trim level. It will add more convenience to your next off-road adventure. It comes with lighter and more durable aluminum-alloy wheels. There are also standard LED fog lights that will help you see when you hit the trails in the early morning hours.

Big Bend puts a leather-wrapped steering wheel in your grasp. It adds a touch of luxury, but it's also more durable when the trails get messy.

Ford Bronco Black Diamond

A Terrain Management System is standard on all Bronco trim levels, but the system onboard the Black Diamond is the first to include all seven G.O.A.T. (Go Over Any Terrain) Modes. Along with Normal Mode, you'll also get:

  • Sand
  • Slippery
  • Sport
  • Eco
  • Mud/Ruts
  • Rock Crawl

The Black Diamond is ready for mud, snow, and sand inside and out. It comes with tough Marine-grade vinyl upholstery and rubberized flooring. Drains are integrated into the floor, so you'll be able to hose everything out when you get home.

Ford Bronco Outer Banks

If you need an off-roading machine with a touch of street smarts, you'll want to go with the 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks. It's the first trim level to come with BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System). It will warn you when a vehicle is in or approaching your blind spot, so you can change lanes with ease.

The Outer Banks is also the first trim level to offer a 12-inch touchscreen display. It will give you greater ease of use when taking control of your favorite apps and music. When outfitted with the available 10-speaker B&O Sound System by Bang & Olufsen, you'll be able to rock out to the trail tunes you love.

Ford Bronco Badlands

If you're planning on bushwhacking your way to your new favorite campsite or ripping through the sands of the Jersey Shore, you may need the Ford Bronco Badlands at your back. It's the most extreme off-roader in the lineup. This trim substitutes Sport Mode for Baja, so you can soar through sand with ease.

The exclusive Badlands Suspension comes with Bilsteinâ„¢ position-sensitive monotube shocks that will smooth out any path. The stabilizer bar disconnect will help make sure all four wheels are always firmly planted.

Ford Bronco Wildtrak

The Wildtrak is the final 2021 Ford Bronco trim level. This untamed SUV comes standard with a wide array of features that are only available options on the previous trims. They include:

  • 310-horsepower, 2.7L EcoBoost® engine
  • Trail Controlâ„¢ for Off-Road
  • Trail Turn Assist
  • Trail One-Pedal Driving
  • Sasquatchâ„¢ Package

The Sasquatchâ„¢ Package is available on every Bronco trim level, but only comes standard on the Wildtrak. It will let you leave tracks on the most remote trails. It comes with 17-inch black high gloss-painted, aluminum wheels, which are wrapped in 35-inch mud-terrain tires. It also includes high-clearance fender flares.
